Delete Your UFORX Account

Before You Submit

Account deletion may permanently remove your UFORX licence access, dashboard access, linked desktop records, iOS app connection, relay and session access, and related service features.

UFORX accounts can be linked to prepaid licence records. Deleting your account does not automatically create a refund or cancel third-party broker, payment, Apple, MetaApi, Discord, or trading platform accounts.

We may retain limited records where required for legal, tax, accounting, billing, fraud prevention, security, dispute, chargeback, or compliance purposes.

Account Deletion Request

Enter the licence or login email connected to your UFORX account. We will use this to locate and verify the account.

Delete Account Terms

When your UFORX account deletion request is verified and processed, we will delete, remove, or anonymise account data that is no longer required for operation of the service, legal compliance, security, accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute handling.

Data We May Delete Or Anonymise

• Your UFORX account and licence access.
• Linked desktop records, desktop device IDs, computer names, and linked desktop IDs.
• iOS device and session identifiers connected to your account.
• Relay connection records, session data, live stream records, timestamps, and device linking records.
• Settings and configuration values associated with your UFORX account.
• Support records where possible and where they are no longer required.
• Stored trading API references, such as MetaApi token or account IDs, where applicable and where not required.

Data We May Retain

• Payment, invoice, tax, accounting, and transaction records.
• Fraud prevention, abuse prevention, and security logs.
• Records required to comply with legal, regulatory, or record-keeping obligations.
• Records required to investigate, defend, or resolve disputes, chargebacks, complaints, legal claims, or policy breaches.
• Limited backup records until they are overwritten or securely removed in the ordinary backup cycle.

Third-Party Accounts

Deleting your UFORX account does not delete or close accounts held with third parties, including broker accounts, MetaApi or other trading API accounts, Apple accounts, Discord accounts, payment processor accounts, or any other third-party service connected to your use of UFORX.

Verification And Timing

Before deleting an account, we may need to verify that the person making the request is the account holder or is authorised to act on behalf of the account holder. Verification may include confirming control of the licence email address or confirming payment or customer details.

We normally process verified account deletion requests within one month unless a longer period is permitted or required by applicable law because the request is complex, repeated, unclear, or requires additional verification.
