This Refund Policy explains how UFORX subscriptions, payments, renewals, cancellations, failed payments, trials, and billing disputes are handled. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Risk Disclosure.
Important Billing Notice1. Summary
UFORX is provided as a software subscription. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions are billed on a recurring weekly basis and renew automatically until cancelled.
Except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed by UFORX in writing, payments are non-refundable and no refund is provided for unused time, partial billing periods, trading losses, broker/API issues, user configuration issues, or periods where you chose not to use the Service.
2. Subscription & Payment Model
UFORX may be offered through subscription plans, licence plans, trials, demos, promotional access, or other payment models shown at the point of purchase. The price, billing cycle, included features, renewal terms, and any access restrictions will be shown during the order flow or account dashboard where applicable.
By purchasing or activating a paid UFORX subscription or licence, you authorise UFORX and/or its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fees, taxes, and recurring charges.
3. Weekly Billing
Unless another billing period is clearly stated at the time of purchase, UFORX subscriptions are billed on a weekly basis. A weekly subscription gives access for the applicable weekly billing period, subject to these terms, your licence status, payment status, and continued compliance with UFORX policies.
Billing dates may be based on the date and time your subscription was started, renewed, reactivated, or otherwise processed by the payment provider.
4. Auto-Renewal
UFORX subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each new billing period unless cancelled before renewal. If your subscription renews, your payment method may be charged automatically for the next billing period.
You are responsible for cancelling your subscription in time before the next renewal if you do not want to be charged for another billing period.
5. Cancellation Methods
You may request cancellation of your UFORX subscription using one of the following methods:

- Discord ticket: through the official UFORX Discord server, if Discord ticket support is available and accepted at the time of your request.
To help us locate your subscription, include your licence email, account email, name if applicable, and a clear statement that you want to cancel your UFORX subscription.
6. When Cancellation Takes Effect
Unless otherwise confirmed by UFORX or required by applicable law, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You may continue to have access until the end of that paid period, but your subscription should not renew after cancellation has been processed.
Cancellation does not normally create a refund for the current billing period, unused time, or partial access periods unless required by law or expressly agreed by UFORX in writing.
7. No Refunds for Unused or Partial Periods
Except where required by applicable law, UFORX does not provide refunds, credits, or partial refunds for:
- Unused subscription time;
- Partial weekly billing periods;
- Failure to use the Service after purchase;
- Changing your mind after access has been provided;
- Accidental renewals where cancellation was not requested before renewal;
- Loss of access caused by your own device, operating system, internet connection, or login issue.
8. No Refunds for Trading Losses
UFORX is not financial advice, is not a broker, and does not guarantee profit. Forex, CFD, and leveraged trading are high risk, and you can lose some or all of your capital.
Except where required by applicable law, no refund will be provided because of trading losses, missed trades, drawdown, margin calls, liquidation, unfavourable market conditions, strategy performance, or any financial result connected with your use or inability to use UFORX.
9. Broker, API, Relay & Configuration Issues
Except where required by applicable law, UFORX does not provide refunds due to broker, API, relay, platform, data provider, or user configuration issues, including but not limited to:
- Broker outages, rejected orders, requotes, delays, or slippage;
- MetaApi or other trading API outages, limitations, delays, or account restrictions;
- Incorrect broker credentials, expired API tokens, revoked account permissions, or unsupported account settings;
- Incorrect UFORX settings, risk settings, lot size settings, desktop configuration, or device selection;
- Desktop, iOS app, relay, or live stream delay, interruption, or temporary unavailability;
- Firewall, antivirus, internet, operating system, hardware, or third-party software issues.
10. Price Changes
UFORX may change subscription prices, billing periods, plan features, or payment terms from time to time. Where required, we will provide notice before a material price change takes effect so that you can decide whether to continue or cancel before the updated price applies.
Price changes usually apply from the next renewal or billing period, unless otherwise stated in the notice or required by applicable law.
11. Failed Payments & Suspended Access
If a payment fails, is disputed, reversed, charged back, or cannot be processed, UFORX may retry the payment, request updated payment details, suspend access, downgrade access, disable licence features, or cancel the subscription.
You remain responsible for any unpaid amounts properly due under your subscription. Access may not be restored until the outstanding issue is resolved and payment has been successfully processed.
12. Trial, Demo & Promotional Access
UFORX may offer trial, demo, review, beta, or promotional access from time to time. Any trial or promotional terms will be shown at the point of offer or provided separately in writing.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, trial, demo, review, beta, or promotional access may be limited, revoked, changed, or discontinued at any time. Demo or simulated results do not represent live trading, broker execution, real account performance, or expected future performance.
If a trial converts into a paid subscription, you are responsible for cancelling before the paid billing period begins if you do not want to be charged, unless the offer terms state otherwise.
13. Payments Outside iOS & Apple App Store
UFORX subscriptions or licences may be purchased outside the iOS app through UFORX, its website, dashboard, or third-party payment processors. Where a subscription or licence is purchased outside Apple’s in-app purchase system, Apple does not handle the billing, cancellation, or refund process for that purchase.
In those cases, App Store refund processes do not apply. Billing disputes, cancellation requests, and refund questions should be directed to UFORX using the contact details below or to the relevant payment processor where applicable.
14. Consumer Law & Mandatory Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law, including UK or EU consumer protection law where it applies to you.
If a law gives you a refund, cancellation, cooling-off, chargeback, or other right that cannot legally be excluded, this policy does not override that right.
15. Billing Disputes
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, charged after a confirmed cancellation, or charged an amount that does not match your selected plan, contact us as soon as possible using the email below.
Please include your licence email, the date and amount of the charge, the payment method or processor if known, and any relevant screenshots, invoices, receipts, or cancellation confirmation.
