1. Forex Trading Risk Notice

Trading Forex carries significant financial risk. The market moves fast and can be heavily impacted by economic news, global events, and market sentiment. Meaning prices can shift suddenly and without warning. Profits are never guaranteed, and losses are a natural part of trading.

Using leverage can increase potential returns, but it can also magnify losses, sometimes beyond the funds in your account if used irresponsibly.

Before using UFORX, ensure you fully understand the market, the tools you’re using, and the potential risks involved. Only trade with money you can afford to lose, and be prepared for drawdowns and volatility.

2. Trade Responsibly

Your trading journey is your responsibility. It's your decision when to start and stop trading with UFORX. Decisions you make should be made with discipline, not emotion, hype, or pressure from others.

Successful trading requires patience, continuous learning, emotional control, and strong risk management. No strategy, tool, signal, or group can guarantee 100% profit and chasing unrealistic returns often leads to unnecessary losses.

Treat trading like a profession, not a gamble.

All information, discussions, charts, and educational material shared in this community or within the UFORX ecosystem are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or personalised trading guidance.

Nothing shared here should be interpreted as an instruction to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. Any decisions you make in the Forex market are entirely your own, and you should always conduct your own research or consult with a licensed financial professional before making investment decisions.

We are not responsible for your decisions, trades, profits, or losses. Any decision you make to start/stop trading is made solely by you and at your own risk.

By being in this community and using any resources we share, you acknowledge that you are trading independently and take full responsibility for the results, good or bad.

4. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, installing, accessing, or using UFORX, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms; and
• You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

5. Eligibility & Regulatory Status

UFORX is a software tool for automation, analytics, and trade management. It is not a broker, and it does not hold or control client funds. Orders are ultimately executed by your chosen broker or trading platform.

UFORX does not claim to be authorised or regulated as an investment firm or financial adviser in any jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that the use of UFORX is permitted under the laws and regulations that apply to you, including any local licensing, tax, or reporting obligations in the UK, EU, or elsewhere.

6. Trading Eligibility

You must not use UFORX if automated trading, leveraged trading, Forex trading, CFD trading, or use of trading software is prohibited in your jurisdiction or by your broker’s terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of UFORX complies with all laws, regulations, broker terms, tax obligations, and reporting requirements that apply to you.

7. Subscriptions, Weekly Billing & No Refunds

7.1 Subscription Model

UFORX is offered on a subscription basis charged on a weekly cycle, or as otherwise clearly stated in the order flow at the time of purchase (“Subscription”).

7.2 Weekly Billing & Renewals

By starting a Subscription, you authorise us (and our payment processors) to charge the applicable weekly Subscription fee to your selected payment method on a recurring basis every week, unless and until you cancel in accordance with these Terms.

Your Subscription will automatically renew at the start of each weekly billing period unless you have requested cancellation as described in section 7.4.

7.3 No Refunds

Except where required by applicable law in the UK or EU, or explicitly stated otherwise in writing:

• All fees and charges are non-refundable and non-creditable.
• No refunds will be provided for partial use, unused time, or unused access.
• If you request cancellation during a weekly billing period, you will retain access until the end of that period, and no refund will be issued for that period.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law (including UK or EU consumer protection law).

7.4 Cancellations (Email or Discord Ticket Only)

You may request cancellation of your Subscription at any time by:

• Sending an email to support@uforx.io, or
• Opening a support ticket in our official UFORX Discord server (using the ticket system provided there).

Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current weekly billing period following our receipt and processing of your request. You are responsible for ensuring that your cancellation request is clearly submitted in time before the next billing date.

7.5 Price Changes

We may change our prices or billing structure from time to time. Any changes will apply from the start of the next weekly billing period and, where required, we will give you prior notice so you can request cancellation before changes take effect.

8. Licence to Use UFORX

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use UFORX solely for your own personal or internal business trading activities.

You must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where permitted by law;
• Resell, sub-licence, or share access with third parties without our written consent;
• Bypass or attempt to bypass any security or usage limits in the software;
• Use UFORX to provide a competing service without our permission.

9. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Choosing and configuring your broker and trading accounts;
• Setting your own risk parameters, lot sizes, stop losses, take profits, and any automation rules;
• Monitoring open trades, balances, and margin;
• Ensuring your hardware, internet connection, and operating system are stable and secure;
• Keeping your login credentials confidential and secure.

If you share your account or fail to secure your devices, any activity under your account will be treated as authorised by you, unless and until you notify us of any suspected unauthorised access.

10. iOS App & Remote Control

The UFORX iOS app is designed to monitor and control a user’s linked UFORX desktop application. The iOS app does not independently run trading strategies or directly execute trades with a broker. Trading logic and broker execution remain dependent on the user’s desktop application, trading account, broker/API connection, and user configuration.

Where remote controls are available, actions such as starting or stopping trading, blocking trades, closing trades, or updating settings are initiated by the user through the app and transmitted to the linked desktop application.

You are solely responsible for any command or setting change submitted through UFORX, including commands made through the iOS app. This includes trade closures, trading start/stop actions, risk setting changes, and block/unblock trade controls.

11. Relay Service

UFORX may use a relay service to transmit status updates, settings, logs, and user-initiated commands between the desktop application and the iOS app. The relay service is intended to route authorised messages only and is not a broker, exchange, financial adviser, trading platform, or trade execution venue.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the iOS app, relay service, desktop connection, live stream, or command delivery. Commands may fail, be delayed, expire, or be rejected by the desktop application, broker, API provider, or other third-party service.

12. Latency, Sync & Data Accuracy

Market prices, balances, PnL, open trades, closed trades, logs, and settings shown in the iOS app may be delayed, unavailable, or temporarily inaccurate due to internet connectivity, broker/API latency, relay outages, device issues, software updates, or third-party service interruptions.

You should not rely solely on the iOS app as your only method of monitoring trading activity. You remain responsible for monitoring your trading account, broker platform, open positions, margin, risk settings, and account balance.

13. Device Linking & Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login details, desktop device, iOS device, broker account, API credentials, and linked accounts secure. Any action sent from an authenticated iOS session to a linked desktop may be treated as authorised by you unless you have notified us of suspected unauthorised access.

If you believe your account, device, broker connection, or UFORX access has been compromised, you must contact us immediately and take appropriate steps to secure your broker account and devices.

14. Performance, No Guarantee of Results

Past performance, back-tests, reports, simulations, or examples shown within UFORX or in our materials are not a reliable indicator of future results. Markets change, brokers differ, and execution quality may vary.

We do not guarantee that UFORX will generate profits, achieve any particular result, or prevent losses. You may experience substantial drawdowns or a total loss of capital.

15. Demo, Review & Simulated Data

UFORX may provide demo, simulated, or review environments for testing, onboarding, support, or app review purposes. Simulated data does not represent live trading, broker execution, real account performance, or actual market results.

Any examples, demo balances, demo trades, simulated PnL, or review-mode activity are provided for demonstration purposes only and should not be treated as evidence of expected performance.

16. Brokers, APIs & Third-Party Services

UFORX may connect to or rely on third-party services, including, without limitation, brokers, MetaApi or other trading API providers, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics providers, Apple services, App Store infrastructure, data providers, exchanges, data feeds, and communication platforms (“Third-Party Services”).

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party service availability, execution quality, data accuracy, latency, outages, account restrictions, rejected orders, slippage, requotes, payment issues, or any losses or interruptions caused by third-party services.

Your use of Third-Party Services is subject to their own terms and policies, which you should review independently.

17. Apple & App Store Disclaimer

Apple is not responsible for UFORX, trading activity, support, subscriptions purchased outside the App Store, broker execution, trading losses, or any claims relating to the Service, except as required by applicable law or Apple’s own terms.

Where subscriptions or licences are purchased outside the iOS app, billing, cancellation, and refunds are handled directly by UFORX or its payment processors and not by Apple’s in-app purchase system.

18. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use UFORX for any unlawful, abusive, or malicious purpose, including but not limited to:

• Violating any laws, regulations, or sanctions regimes;
• Attempting unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ accounts;
• Introducing malware, bots, or automated scraping not explicitly permitted;
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service.

19. Availability, Maintenance & Updates

We aim to keep UFORX available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may temporarily suspend or limit access for maintenance, updates, or security reasons.

We may provide updates or new versions of UFORX from time to time. Some updates may be required for continued use of the Service.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UFORX and its owners, developers, and affiliates will not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or opportunity;
• Any loss of data, business interruption, or other indirect or consequential losses;
• Any trading losses, margin calls, liquidations, or missed trades arising from your use or inability to use UFORX;
• Any losses caused by Third-Party Services, including brokers and data providers.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of UFORX will be limited to the fees paid by you to us for the Service in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

21. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UFORX, its owners, developers, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of UFORX;
• Your breach of these Terms;
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate.

If you continue to use UFORX after changes become effective, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

23. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to UFORX at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms or are using the Service in a way that could harm us, other users, or any third party.

You may stop using UFORX at any time and, if applicable, request cancellation of your Subscription as described in section 7.4.

24. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution (UK / EU)

If you are a business user, these Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer resident in the UK or EU, you may benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident, and you may bring legal proceedings in your local courts. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions and local jurisdiction.

25. Miscellaneous

• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
• Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
• You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent.
