This page explains how to contact UFORX support, recover account access, troubleshoot common desktop and iOS connection issues, request billing help, report security concerns, and request account or data deletion.
Emergency Live Trade Notice1. Live Trades & Urgent Account Control
UFORX is not a broker and does not hold or control your trading funds. If UFORX, the desktop app, iOS app, relay connection, or live stream is unavailable and you need to manage live trades, open positions, margin, stop losses, take profits, or account exposure, you should use your broker platform or broker account directly.
Do not rely on UFORX support as your only method of closing or managing live trades. You remain responsible for monitoring your broker account, platform, margin, balance, and open positions.

You can use this email for login issues, licence access, desktop connection problems, iOS app connection issues, billing questions, cancellation requests, account deletion requests, data requests, and security reports.
Email Support
Best for account access, billing, cancellations, security reports, and issues where you need to attach screenshots or explain the problem in detail.
Discord Tickets
If Discord support is available, you can open a private support ticket through the official UFORX Discord server using the Ticket Tool panel.
3. Opening a Discord Ticket
UFORX may use Ticket Tool on Discord to manage support tickets. If Discord ticket support is available, use the official UFORX Discord server and follow the ticket instructions shown in the support or tickets channel.
- Open the official UFORX Discord server.
- Go to the support, tickets, contact, or help channel where the Ticket Tool panel is displayed.
- Click the ticket button or select the relevant option from the dropdown menu.
- A private ticket channel may be created for you and the support team.
- Explain the issue clearly and include the information listed in section 14 below.
- Do not share broker passwords, full payment card details, or unnecessary sensitive information in the ticket.
If the Discord ticket system is unavailable, email support@uforx.io instead.
4. Forgotten Password & Account Access
If you cannot log in, first use the forgotten password page:

If the reset email does not arrive, check your spam or junk folder and make sure you are using the same email address linked to your UFORX licence. If you still cannot access your account, contact support and include your licence email and any relevant error message.
5. Login & Licence Help
Contact support if your licence is not recognised, your subscription is active but access is unavailable, your licence email is wrong, or your dashboard does not show the expected licence status.
Please include your licence email, approximate purchase or renewal date, and any screenshot or error message shown in the dashboard or desktop application.
6. Desktop Connection Help
UFORX desktop connection issues may be caused by internet connectivity, login/session expiry, device linking, app version mismatch, broker/API connectivity, firewall settings, operating system restrictions, or temporary service disruption.
If your desktop app is not connecting, check that the desktop application is open, logged in, updated, connected to the internet, and allowed through any firewall or security software. Restarting the desktop app and signing back in may resolve some session or connection issues.
7. iOS App Connection Help
The UFORX iOS app is designed to monitor and control a linked UFORX desktop application. The iOS app does not independently run trading strategies or directly execute trades with a broker.
If the iOS app is not showing live data or cannot control the desktop app, check that your iOS device is logged into the correct UFORX account, your desktop app is online, and the correct desktop/device is selected in the app. If the app still does not sync, contact support with your licence email, desktop name, app version, and approximate time of the issue.
8. Multiple Desktop or Device Selection
If your account has more than one desktop, computer name, or linked device, make sure you select the correct desktop in the iOS app or dashboard before relying on status data or sending commands.
Commands sent to the wrong linked desktop may not affect the trading instance you intended to control. You are responsible for checking the selected desktop/device before starting or stopping trading, blocking trades, closing trades, or updating settings.
9. Relay & Live Stream Troubleshooting
UFORX may use a relay service to transmit status updates, settings, logs, and user-initiated commands between the desktop application and iOS app. Relay or live stream data may be delayed, unavailable, or temporarily inaccurate because of internet connectivity, device issues, broker/API latency, app updates, hosting outages, or third-party service interruptions.
If live data appears frozen or delayed, refresh the app, check your internet connection, confirm that the desktop app is still running, and compare the information against your broker platform. For live trades, use your broker platform directly if UFORX is unavailable or delayed.
10. Billing, Subscriptions & Cancellation Help
For billing, payment, renewal, subscription, or cancellation queries, email support@uforx.io or open a Discord support ticket if available.
Include your licence email, the payment email used at checkout if different, the approximate payment date, and a brief explanation of the issue. Do not send full card numbers or unnecessary payment security details.
11. Account Deletion & Data Requests

You may also contact support@uforx.io to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to identity verification and any legal, security, billing, or fraud prevention records we are required or permitted to retain.
12. Security Issue Reporting
If you believe your UFORX account, desktop device, iOS device, broker connection, API credentials, or linked account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
Email support@uforx.io with the subject line Security Issue and include your licence email, affected device name, approximate time of the incident, and a clear description of what happened. You should also secure your broker account, revoke or rotate affected API credentials where applicable, change relevant passwords, and review open trades directly through your broker platform.
13. Expected Response Times
We aim to review support requests as soon as reasonably possible. Typical support requests are usually reviewed within 1–2 business days, but response times may vary depending on volume, complexity, time zone, holidays, service disruption, or whether further information is required from you.
Security issues, access issues, and live connection problems may be prioritised where possible, but UFORX does not guarantee immediate support availability. For live trades or urgent account exposure, use your broker platform directly.
14. Information to Include
To help us investigate quickly, please include as much of the following as possible when contacting support:
- Your UFORX licence email;
- Your desktop name, computer name, or linked desktop ID if shown;
- Your desktop app version and iOS app version, where applicable;
- The device you are using and operating system version, where relevant;
- A screenshot, screen recording, error message, or copy of the relevant log entry;
- The approximate time and date of the issue, including your time zone;
- Whether the issue affects login, licence access, desktop connection, iOS connection, relay/live stream, billing, cancellation, account deletion, or security.
Do not send broker passwords, full payment card details, seed phrases, or unnecessary sensitive information.
